Wazoo
I need some information regarding spamming Already provided in the various FAQs, Wiki, literally thousands of existing Posts, Topics, and Discussions already existing within this Forum. via gmail Hard to tell if you are asking about GMail IP Address space or the typically "forged" From: address. if someone put our own domain for example : www.yyyyyy.com in the body and send email to thousands of people (do spamming). so how spamcop track the original spammer? As stated above, answer exists in the FAQs, Wiki, and existing Posts and Discussions within the Forum. Perhaps will help a bit by moving this to the Reporting Help Forum section, which seems to be what the question really boils down to. The body contents and the source of the spam are almost always two different locations. will due to that its gives info to our hosting provider that this domain www.yyyyyy.com has done spamming But actually we do nothing. somebody want to decrease our goodwill and to give loss to our business do spamming via gmail... You are asking about what is called a "spamcertised site/URL" here. Terms are defined in the Dictionary, Glossary, and the Wiki. If the spam is constructed such that the Parsing & Reporting system sees it and resolved it, then it's up to the ISP receiving the Report as to what happens next. Some operate on a hair-trigger, some actually investigate, some do absolutely nothing.

Wazoo
Gmail do not let one know the source IP (where email originates) the only way to report Gmail spamming/spammers is through their website Ancient Discussion and situation, but the source-address details actually depends on just how the e-mail was sent, specifically, the connection type made to the GMail server - difference being whether 'logged-in' to the web-app, or via an IMAP/POP connection.
