If you're a reporting only user go to http://members.spamcop.net and log in, if you're a free user you need to follow the individualized URL (or a bookmark/favorite leading to that URL) that was in the confirmation email you received when you signed up. The submission address is a link just above the box where you paste in spam when using the web site to parse your spam. The submission address will look something like: ···> submit.aLphA-nUm3ric_Str1ng[at]spam.spamcop.net I'm not 100% sure of how to obtain the address if you're a customer of the email and filtering service however http://mailsc.spamcop.net might work.
