jodell
SpamCop has implemented a very generous limit of 3,000 emails that may be submitted for parsing by a single account in a 24 hour period. There is no way, as an individual, that I can do that. Yet, spam cop has suspended my account for reporting less that a dozen spam in 24 hours. I have paid my money in good faith to SpamCop and have used it for years as a member in good standing. My reward: not even a warning -- and no responses to my request for reinstatement. It seems that SpamCop is experiencing internal software problems -- as well as service problems. What a pity.

SpamCopAdmin
SpamCop is having problems. Many users have had their accounts suspended because of a database issue. There is no way to anticipate a problem, so no warnings were, or ever will be sent. We are working on the problem. Suspended users will be reinstated as soon as possible. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net - .
