feingold@spamcop.net
I'm new on spamcop. My spam is being detected well, but I can't erase it. Whenever I sign in, I get the first hundred held emails dating to the time when I started spamcop. I delete those, get a message saying that they've all been sent to trash, and then the same 100 messages are shown again. How can I delete those and get on to the next 100? netduffer
I just went through the same thing. Click on Inbox after you sign onto http://webmail.spamcop.net/. Under that you will see a folder marked Held Mail (as opposed to going into the Held Mail at the top of the screen). There you will see all of that spam and it is there where you can click on the delete all and get rid of it (20 at a time). Be sure and empty the trash before you log out. Hope that helps.
