marshman Posted July 31, 2013 Posted July 31, 2013 Hello When I logged into SpamCop today, on the welcome page was the following message: Bounce error Your email address, michaelrf.hunter[at]spamcop.net has returned a bounce: Subject: Delivery Status Notification (Failure) Reason: 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 554-'5.7.1 <michaelrf.hunter[at]spamcop.net>: Re= Please ensure your email account is reliable, then click below: Problem resolved What should I do to resolve this? I am receiving email as normal but I have noticed that I have not received any 'Quick reporting data' emails since July 19th, although I have reported some email as spam in the 'Held Mail' folder. Thanks Michael
Farelf Posted July 31, 2013 Posted July 31, 2013 Click that "problem resolved" link, This is actually a reporting issue, should be all okay when you perform that action - see http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?...ost&p=85152 and following. Contact Don D'Minion (per that other topic) if that doesn't fix it. Please confirm back here when you're okay. I think we'll leave this topic in this email section (instead of merging with existing topic) and hopefully mark resolved/solved in case others look "here" for answers to the same.
SpamCopAdmin Posted July 31, 2013 Posted July 31, 2013 The bounce and suspension was a caused by a problem on our end. Not your fault. I removed the bounce flag. You should be OK going forward. Sorry for all the trouble. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net - .
marshman Posted August 1, 2013 Author Posted August 1, 2013 Thank you for resolving the issue. Everything appears to be working OK. Michael
