davem Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 Has anyone else noticed that as of Aug-16 the Spamcop email service no longer generates an email for every spam (or set of spams) that you report? Subject: [spamCop] Quick reporting data Feature or bug? I miss them. Dave.
Farelf Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 I don't think this is a mail account matter - moved to "Reporting". The only recent commentary on changed report submission responses that I can recall off-hand turned out to be due to an expired cookie - http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=13492 - but that seems quite different to/from what you are describing.
SpamCopAdmin Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 Log into your spam reporting account at http://www.spamcop.net/ and look for a "bounce" button. If you click on it, things will go back to normal. Or email your login username to me and I'll look into it. EMAIL: service[at]spamcop.net - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net - . I see no bounce button. I report email both directly from a Reporting account, and from an Email account service. I only (used) to see Quick data email reports when I marked a message for Report as spam in my email account web interface. From the web reporting form, I have to hit Past Reports menu button and click on the View Recent Reports link. I'll send you my account(s) Dave.
