mrmaxx Posted October 29, 2013 Share Posted October 29, 2013 It took some digging, but the proper abuse contact for this netblock appears to be: abuse[at]best-net.cz or admin[at]best-net.cz per abuse.net Tracked them down by going to https://apps.db.ripe.net/search/query.html#resultsAnchor and searching for 194.8.253.228 and then going down to the very bottom of the page and looking up the NIC handle for the org, SPAC3-RIPE and then from there plugging in the domain name into abuse.net.
