The abuse contacts for that netblock are noc[at]marsglobaldatacenter.com and abuse[at]sadecehosting.com (per SpamCop when I put in "marsglobaldatacenter.com" into the reporting window.) This is just about SpamCop not being able to resolve a hostname from RIPE.
