Dave_L
After September 30, if a question or problem arises concerning the email forwarding service, what will be the method of contacting support? Will it still be email to QUESTONS at SPAMCOP dot NET? If there are announcements about the service, such as downtime for maintenance, or changes in functionality, where will the announcements be posted? Lking
Without direct knowledge it would be safe to assume that SpamCop support staff will continue to use this forum to post any known changes.
turetzsr
...My sense from prior experience is that, while Don D'Minion ("SpamCopAdmin") does drop by here occasionally, the SpamCop Forum is not his preferred way of providing support. Hopefully he'll answer the question directly himself in due course but, if there is no response using the "traditional" means of getting e-mail support, users can always contact him at Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net or the Deputies at deputies[at]admin.spamcop.net (Don also monitors the deputies' address).
