Spamcop email submission rejects spoofed bounced messages yet web form accepts them

I just began submitting spam via Thunderbird, and I noticed that Spamcop keeps rejecting the bounce messages I receive when someone has spoofed my email address. Yet when I view the message source and copy and paste it into the web report form, they go through just fine.

So when someone like Yahoo sends me a bounce message because a spammer pretended to be JoeSchmoe[at]MyDomain.com, Spamcop rejects it if I submit the message via email, yet sends it to Yahoo if I cut and paste it.
