spamcop.routing is a newsgroup. If you subscribe to the spamcop newsgroup via the web page (NTTP), then you will have access also to the .routing group. It is not a public newsgroup so you don't subscribe the same way you do for other newsgroups.

I don't frequent the .routing group as much of it is way over my head, but frequently (not in this case) the reason spamcop uses a different address than is shown is because one of the experts has traced it to an upstream.

Perhaps Ellen will see this post so you won't have to go to .routing, but if you are interested, you might try it.
