Spamassissin kicked the e-mail over to the Held folder due to the source IP being found on the SpamCopDNSbl .. reporting it would keep the time/counter active on the BL, so future e-mail from that source continues as an active listing. Failing to report it could possibly allow that IP to fall off the DNSbl, and the next batch of spew from that source may end up in your InBox .. your call.
