email parser is incorrectly identifying my own email provider a spam source

Hi, I'm a long-time paid user and regular spam reporter.

I recently switched universities and my new institution sets up multiple aliases for me, all routed to the same in-box. I assume this is the reason that when I report spam I'm receiving here, it's identifying my own university as the source.

I've tried previously to submit requests to get this fixed by have received no replies.

Any advice?

A tracking URL would be useful.

Not to question your experience and analysis, but have you considered the possibility that your current university, which like others has a fairly open system, may be a source of spam? Not wanting to besmudge undergraduates, but...

Have you set up Mailhosts?

Good question. If you change email provider, it's a good idea to check your mailhost settings, even if you retain the same email address, because the reporting service is based on IP addresses, not email addresses.

When you process (parse) spam (or any email source) with Spamcop, the output will contain at the top:

Here is your TRACKING URL - it may be saved for future reference:

I'm not sure how to check the Mailhosts. One possibility would be to delete all the existing hosts and start from scratch, following the instructions in the Mailhosts forum here. But posting a Tracking URL may be useful before you try that.
