"This email contains no date" Error

Is the email actually malformed, or is this  a bug? On submit, Spamcop reports "This email contains no date".

Also seeing this on an email report that clearly contains lots of dates, on every "Received" line, as well as in the message headers.

Using the Search tool in the upper right if the page, search for "email contains no date" (including the quotes) and find 20 some other threads on this subject.

The quotes (in search) do make the difference. I don't find a solution per se accept that it isn't a fault of the spamcop site. Thanks.
