My spamcop.net email addresses are no longer forwarding

Hi,

    I have two spamcop.net email addresses that forward to a gmail.com address and the forwarders no longer appear to be working. I can't log into the portal to check because I've long since forgotten my password. How do I go about resolving this?

Almost two years ago(?) the spamcop.net email service was discontinued.  At that time, as a service to users, all unfiltered email was forwarded for an undefined time.  This was to provide users time to change email addresses, get replacement email services and resolve forwarding to/from spamcop accounts.  About a year ago, Nov(?) 2015, other users reported that email from some spamcop accounts were no longer being forwarded.
