ewv Posted June 16, 2004 Share Posted June 16, 2004 The report is at http://www.ftc.gov/reports/dneregistry/report.pdf It recognizes that a do not spam list would only authenticate addresses for spammers and recommends a second level domain name authentication system for verifying and tracking the source of email.
