paco Posted June 18, 2004 Share Posted June 18, 2004 Since the 8th of June emails in my held mail folder have gone missing after I released them for forwarding, I had been receiving them O.K. in my forwarding address inbox up to the 7th June, but between the 8th and the 14th nothing got through. I have stopped forwarding and am now using outlook express to pop from my spamcop inbox. Have I permanently lost the relaesed/forwarded emails from the 8th-14th June? and why? Wazoo Posted June 18, 2004 Share Posted June 18, 2004 Let me start with ... though it would be easy to kick this over to JT for him to look at your stuuf, log files, etc ... He would need to know certain items of interest .. such as your SpamCop account name, the other ISP (and account name there) ... That you waited so long to ask does cause some issue .... but at the same time, perhaps you could ask your ISP to also look through their logs to see if they can show / explain traffic issues between their e-mail server and SpamCop's servers ...
