Guest art101
Around 2 pm PST today I noticed that Spamcop was down for maintenance. When I went to the site the regular home page had been replaced by a page saying maintenance was being done. I checked again around 5:30 PM and the system seemed to be back up. I can log in to the main site, navigate around, and I can report spam. However, when I click the Held Mail link, I get a page that says "Cannot log into IMAP mailserver as [my spamcop user name]." I checked my mailhosts settings, logged out, logged back in, cleared my cache and cookies, tried everything I can think of. No dice. This happens both on the webmail app and the main site. Everything was working fine before that maintenance procedure Spamcop ran. I have not changed any settings. Anyone have any ideas or tips?
Guest art101
Nevermind. Right after I posted the above I tried again. Everything is working again. Ghost in the machine, I guess.
Wazoo
Best guess is the item in the Announcements Forum dealing with the "Planned Outage" due to relocation of some SpamCop assets.
