New Look E-Mail Account Issues

OK, as in a few other posts I've put up today, I'm trying to play catch up. The first 'reports' I saw on the "new look" stuff were all about the Reporting pages. Then "Held Mail" started popping up. I've kicked a few e-mails out throughout the last few hours, and just got this bit back from JT. Whereas I was thinking that all the "e-mail account" stuff was pretty much handled at his end, it's not ... thus the confusion factor in play. Hopefully, JT's response will at least explain some of the confusion, as it turns out that all the changes are going on over at Julian's side of the house .... For what it's worth, Julian is in receipt of a number of e-mails mentioning the confusion and now the situation that the folks that try to offer support here (and in the newsgroups) have been placed into a bit of looking silly mode.

If it starts with www.spamcop.net, it's his. If it starts with

mail.spamcop.net or webmail.spamcop.net, it's mine.

Sorry, I don't have a clue about the new look. I wasn't even told it was

happening.
