john1000 Posted July 13, 2004 Share Posted July 13, 2004 Ok this is gonna sound weird and probably can only answered by spamcop self but il give it a try.... had a conversation by phone with chello.nl abuse department. the reason was because someone with a chello account was sending spam for some period.......so every time i reported it and sending it also to my isp chello.nl but i called a few times in that time asking when are they gonna action against that person.... now....more then 10 mails later i got a call from abuse and man you had to hear it to believe it... Spamcop works for us( he said )....but also for more companies... I decided to keep my mouth shut and let him talk... he mentioned that chello pays spamcop and that spamcop always warns chello whenever action will be taken agains any form of blocking servers... anybody can explain and whats true or not....
