In general, you seem to be describing an incident where the parser quit too soon, maybe due to look-up problems, maybe something else. Yes, there are tales and circumstances referenced within these Forums about something gone wrong, but a re-parse seems to clear things up ... the catch is, this re-parse is done at the time an issue is seen, not some span of time after the reports are sent out.
