markfrey Posted October 20, 2004 Posted October 20, 2004 I got an interesting spam today - SpamCop said "This message looks like a bounce, will not report." It appears the spammer was clever enough to add a 'Return-Path: <>' header, fooling SpamCop into thinking it was a bounce when it was not... http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z684242182z88...8a04c03e5ed229z Anybody else seeing this, or was this spammer just lucky with his choice of headers?
Wazoo Posted October 21, 2004 Posted October 21, 2004 Same subject discussed over in the newsgroups this morning. Yes, it's a spammer thing, yes, the parser doesn't like it. Current answer, assume another one of those things that will eventually get fixed with no fanfare when Julian gets around to it.
