Failed to load spam header

Is there a reason why some SC url reports (referred to in SCF) result in "Failed to load spam header"? 

There's lots of valuable info in many posts, the dead links make those valuable posts a tad difficult to comprehend...

I seem not to have explained the issue - https://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z6405221173zd2f8b10e4a27a1d0e37d7af5dacb6600z is a url submitted by another SCF member, I read many of the posts, 'cause there's masses of info, (I've learnt) other peoples experiences can often help me understand & learn all the complexities of refining and ensuring each SC submission actually achieves "something".

Specifically, when I looked at: https://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z6405221173zd2f8b10e4a27a1d0e37d7af5dacb6600z,  the result was: "Failed to load spam header"?  I took that to be a dead link, being a SC learner, I may have got that wrong🙃

So do I & if they were able to be extracted from  https://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z6405221173zd2f8b10e4a27a1d0e37d7af5dacb6600z, I possibly would not have had reason to post my original question.

OK seems that link which did work has expired,  177.32.227.135 was a Botnet but not now although it has port 25 open.

Thanks, that's what was being asked. Somehow some tracking URLs seem to expire, and others continue on...

There is probably an "expiration date" attached to them....
