sailbird Posted January 5, 2005 Posted January 5, 2005 I have noticed in the last week or so, that my mail is sorting backwards in date. As in oldest first then newest last. I can't get the date sort option to work . I have also tried sorting by # and get the same result, the oldest e-mails are the first thing to show and all new mail follows. How do I change this sort pattern.
StevenUnderwood Posted January 5, 2005 Posted January 5, 2005 I normally have my mail sorted with the oldest first, so I went into my account and changed: Options, Display Options and changed Default sorting direction: Descending and checked that Default sorting criteria: Arrival Time and the messages were sorted as I expected with the most recently arrived at the top. Can you change those 2 settings to something different, save, and then change them back and save again and see if anything is different?
