2 Spam Emails... Should I report both?

I quite often receive 2 or more of the same spam email, should I report both instances of the email?

I usually do and sometimes it resolves back to the same ISP for both and sometimes not.

Just curious what most of you do in this situation.

Lart them all. Why report one and let the other one go? If they send them more than once report em all!

and on the other side of the coin, I appear to have a nice spammer pet these days, guessing that a nice ISP passed on my complaint .... I just finished manually reporting 39 of the same spam, but each coming through a different compromised computer .... from all around the world ... industrious little sucker, I must say, all of these arriving at that InBox within 30-40 seconds ...
