Options, SpamCop Tools, Configure external POP servers, Delete this Entry (check), Modify (button) can the frequency at which it checks for mail be changed? No. It is fixed for the entire list of POPped accounts at 15 minute intervals (more or less). Sometimes, the process does not complete in 15 minutes.
