I don't have any Commercial undertaking, I am just an use

vulgar, simple, individual an use and I don't uses my messages

for commercial ends

It happens that I uses him/it “Incredi Mail “and uses an option goes

to block propaganda messages and to return them to the senders.

It sounds like you're using an e-mail application that generates bounces and have found one of the problems with doing this. There is no one here that "controls" any blocking action, but any further help would need to have the actual problem and IP address identified.

Not sure at all why you'd be suggesting that all of those addresses would be blocked???? The netcabo ones perhaps use the same server, but extending that to include a HotMail server???

After all Hotmail seems that it is not blocked.

Just the addresses of the are blocked “NETCABO.PT”

This is the part that is (probably) bad. Who you are returning the e-mail to is probably people like you and me. The spammers do not use thir own (real) address in these e-mails.

The SpamCopBL inly lists IP addresses for a maximum of 24 ro 48 hours after the problem stops. So between the time I was out of town and finally got to your PM here, it looks like that time period passed.
