Credit for good behavior?

First time I have seen this one:

63.13.176.134 listed in bl.spamcop.net (127.0.0.2)

If there are no reports of ongoing objectionable email from this system it will be delisted automatically in approximately -310345 hours.

Regrettably 2Cust134.VR1.ATL5.broadband.uu.net was still a spam source at the time.

[Later]

http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=checkblo...p=63.13.176.134 currently gives

... If there are no reports of ongoing objectionable email from this system it will be delisted automatically in approximately 23 hours.

which looks okay now. However, as the man said, "... everything that has been is eternal; the sea will cast it up again." Unless whatever happened is identified and fixed there might be a prospect of some IP address being in the BL indefinitely. And wouldn't that be a shame?
