Takeo_Ichinose
Currently Spamcop says: Quote Report routing for 117.50.185.130: ipas[at]cnnic.cn, anti-spam[at]chinatelecom.cn But according to whois.com/whois/117.50.0.0: Appropriate contacts for 117.50.0.0/19 may be ipas[at]cnnic.cn and hegui[at]ucloud.cn It seems Chinatelecom.cn has nothing to do with this IP range. gnarlymarley
Per, https://www.spamcop.net/sc?action=showroute;ip=117.50.185.130, it appears that someone intentionally added anti-spam[at]chinatelecom.cn in August. Looks like it is a wider range than the manual route tied to pas[at]cnnic.cn.
