Heiko Posted February 27, 2023 Share Posted February 27, 2023 (edited) Hello, I just wanted to add the mailhosts of my mail-adresses but the mailhost configuration fails because the mailserver of my hoster rejects the connection with Quote 550 No reverse dns for IP 184.94.240.88. Help at/Hilfe unter www.mfaq.info Going to the mentioned url get the following explanation: Quote We dont accept mails from your mailserver, due to the missing "ReverseDNS" entry. Please configure a ReverseDNS Entry or use another mailserver. In case of doubt please contact your systemadministrator or provider. How can this be fixed? Lking Posted February 27, 2023 Share Posted February 27, 2023 Personally I would not change/adjust my mailhost while the system is influx. I would wait until the spamcop servers are working. In one of the threads this weekend someone suggested that the IP of SC returns have changed. To me that would suggest a change in hosting and/or servers. I guessing the move did not go well. As a volunteer I have no no more access to status than you do. From a business viewpoint I would guess getting the SCBL up and running, updatable, etc. would be the first priority.
