Now, exactly which part do you think is the "new trick"? Please explain exactly what you are trying to highlight. The Ignored image/pjpeg part: has been like that for as long as I have been using SpamCop (just over 3 years now). Pictures are ignored because spammers were using them from innocent sites and there were too many complaints from the innocent parties. Using this to spam is not really new either.
