hoppityskip
My last report I chose to send e mails to the people themselves and 4 of them bounced, why is that? Surely the reports you send ought to be to current postboxes? postmaster[at]public.wh.hb.cn spam_hb[at]public.wh.hb.cn abuse_hb[at]public.wh.hb.cn
Wazoo
Why would you presume that SpamCop would have some sort of magic crystal ball that sees beyond what some idiot domain master / ISP puts into their public records, allegedly for the purpose of contacting them? Noting that all your examples are ".cn" would actually guess tht the SpamCop reporting tool came back with a /dev/null address based on bounces. Miss Betsy
I haven't tried those particular addresses, but there is another .cn abuse desk that is chronically "too full." Just can't handle all the reports people send them, I guess. You would think that they would try to do something about that, but I think it has been years that the situation has existed.
