SpamCop encountered errors while saving spam?

I can't understand why 2 spam messages reported to Spamcop are bouncing.  I'm reporting them as we usually do, as attachments.

 

The only error message I get is:

SpamCop encountered errors while saving spam for processing:
SpamCop could not find your spam message in this email:

How to get help on this?

I usually get the "SpamCop encountered errors" when the email to my submit address doesn't have an attachment. It could be your email provider is removing the attachment after you send.

Thanks for your reply gnarlymarley.  But the email content appears to be listed in the Spamcop error reply - so I'm thinking they have gotten the attachment. Their reply is attached to my post.
