katpbennett
I've been reporting spam via SpamCop for about four years now and am very grateful for the service. However, about four weeks ago, I stopped receiving confirmation emails. The only way I can report spam at this time is to paste the spam on the website. Is this a new development? I noticed a few other messages with a similar problem, but I'm confused as to the solution. I haven't changed anything on my computer recently, so I'm not sure whether it started on my end or spam Cop's end. Suggestions?
dbiel
Plese note that the confirmation emails are not necessary for the completing of the reporting process. Their primary purpose is to notify you that SpamCop has received the messages and that they are now ready for you to finish the reporting process. Simply logon to the reporting site and click on the "Report Now" link Second point, SpamCop may have had some problems with bounces from your email server.
