Wazoo Posted March 22, 2004 Share Posted March 22, 2004 Based on last complaints of this nature, the first thing is to have you check to see how you're got your cookie management set-up. If you're a cookie manager, turn it off for the next parse ... if you're using the IE cookie thing, lower the security bar a notch for the next parse, etc .... To do some research first, look for a spamcop cookie on your system, check the time-date stamp on it ... as you say that you check the "show tech" box and run the parse ... the cookie should have been updated at that time .. go back and check to see if the time-date stamp changed (to coincde with the parse) ... if not, cookie has been blocked by something Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
