These sites are still active, HOW I CAN SHUT DOWN IT ?????

There is no way to directly shut it down. You can complain to the host of the site directly using spamcop to deterine the correct abuse address.

Parsing input: www.abcmeds.org

Host www.abcmeds.org (checking ip) = 207.105.115.112

host 207.105.115.112 = 207-105-115-112.taitroncomponents.com (cached)

I get these a lot at work where my address is not SpamCop protected. I also get a few at home that sneak past SpamCop. In these cases, I find out the address for the site (e.g., with host or nslookup) and then get abuse contacts for the address (e.g., with whois), and I include these as user-copied reports. In the "notes" section for the user report I include a note something like "www.xyz.foo (mentioned in embedded picture) resolves to aa.bb.cc.dd in the xyz net block" so that the recipients know why they were included in the report.

Note that at least one of the outfits that uses this gag sets up these websites as portals that redirect to other websites via HTTP or HTML redirect, FRAME/IFRAME tag, or java scri_pt. If I am really cranky at the time, I will track down these other websites and report them as well.
