[11:35 EDT] POP service was down for a few minutes, but should be functional again. Oct 1, 2007 [15:40 EDT] We are finalizing the IMAP upgrades today. IMAP service (including webmail) may give errors if you access your e-mail during the upgrade. If you see errors, please try again later today. Both webmail and external IMAP servers (mail.spamcop.net/imap.spamcop.net) will be upgraded by the end of the day. Sep 28, 2007 [17:43 EDT] Webmail is back up. [17:11 EDT] Temporary Webmail outage for a few minutes. Sorry for the inconvenience. E-mail can still be accessed through POP or IMAP. [16:14 EDT] The 'Release & Whitelist' function stopped working after an upgrade to the Webmail backend servers. This should no longer be a problem. The server upgrade addressed some previously reported problems, and should also bring a large speed increase. More information is available in the forum. Most of the IMAP errors and missing folder problems that were reported are fixed now. So, once again, if you have any troubles with IMAP access after now (3:20pm EDT), send another e-mail off to support[at]spamcop.net.
