Smilies location

Doing some cleanup on one of my systems, cleared out the forums.cesmail entries in my firewall rules. A few minutes later, hit the Testing Forum and was surprised when I had to re-authorize forum.cesmail again. Went through my logs, then started checking pages ... turns out that some of the smilies are still URL'd at the cesmail locale .. for instance:

http://forum.cesmail.net/forums/html/emoticons/huh.gif

Not sure it's based on the posting date, user (as some are JT's posts), or some other possible split in the scri_pt files??? nothing important, was just surprised that I had to re-authorize the forum.cesmail server ....
