vilain
I've been getting this error all morning from http://mailsc.spamcop.net when I paste spam into the form and click Process spam An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #97.34c13e40.1220038022.e6dfaa3 I also get it when I click on Held Mail. There's no mention on the web forums nor in newsgroups of an outage. I was able to login to webmail and process my spam from there, just not from the reporting form. Is this a problem for anyone else? I tried emailing for support from the webmail form and that form returned "An Error Occurred with that form" when I clicked Send. I did get a auto-confirmation from the admins but nothing from a real person yet.

However, the graph in the upper right corner seems to shows a strange drop a little after 0800 this morning.
vilain
I was in/out of reporting all day with no issue. However, the graph in the upper right corner seems to shows a strange drop a little after 0800 this morning. Perhaps it's my account. I can't report spam from my Held Folder either. I select all the entries, choose QUICK REPORT from the drop down and the form returns An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #97.34c13e40.1220052288.f4e0b15 So, something seems to be borked. What's the turnaround on admin or deputies looking into a separate account. In the past, I've gotten anywhere from 2-5 days (yes, days) between response. Hence, my posting here.

Lastpost
Starting this morning (gmt+1) trying to log in thru http://www.spamcop.net/ (hassle free account since Jan 13, 01) produces similar errors: An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #97.4c06dc2.12200xxxxx.xxxxxxx While http://www.spamcop.net/mcgi?action=loginform;returnurl=%2F will say: An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #97.67af6d8.12200xxxxx.xxxxx Still, this morning I did reach the "submitted but unreported spam" page, eventually, but clicking the report button did nothing but return similar errors. Thus my report history kept showing the very last three spams submitted as unreported. Tonight however I 'm stuck, can't even get past log in. Also, a dozen or so of spam I submitted by e-mail since this morning were not confirmed. Heads up anyone (the SpamCop himself maybe)?
StevenUnderwood
Glad there is someone else having issues but unfortunately we are at the start of a long weekend here in the US so things might be broken for a while...
