StevenUnderwood Posted September 11, 2008 Share Posted September 11, 2008 People may want to investigate their entries on jigsaw.com. It is a "Contact Swap" site for sales weasles. After receiving UCE spam from a specific company and reporting same for several weeks, I decided to contact the "Marketing Manager" information included in the message. After searching through several of his databases, he found my address was added by one of his sales people from this site. I informed him that any contact made through that source was unsolicited. The information on my "profile" was wrong except for the email address/phone number. I modified nothing except to add a statement that any messages received via that information are unsolicited and will be treated as such. Unfortunately, the form allows you to select your preferred forms of contact but if nothing is selected, describes it as undetermined. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
