chrism
Spamcop's POP3 e-mail collection process seems to have broken again. No e-mail has been collected by Spamcop from my ISP for the last hour. The "Configure External POP3 Servers" page on webmail reports no errors - it's just not doing anything. I am able to collect the mail myself from my ISP's account (Demon Internet in the UK) without problem, so the fault doesn't seem to lie with my ISP. I've already reported the issue using the "Problem" link on Webmail, but could one of the moderator's give JT a ring to tell him about it, if possible? Thanks! chrism
Looks as if it's been fixed - I've just had a mail pickup by Spamcop from my ISP.
