Yes there is. I use extention HabuL 1.14.0

I use the Habul plugin with Thunderbird and have found it quite useful.

So can you provide the link to download that component who work with Thunderbird 38? I downloaded from addon mozzilla and says is not compatible with Thunderbird 38

I'm using 38.3.0 of TB too. I installed the Habul extension v 1.20.0 some time ago, and have had more than one automatic update to TB in the meantime. No idea why the plugin seems to have disappeared.... :(

It seems the app is no longer supported.

That's a shame. Looks like for now, I'll have to avoid uninstalling the copy I have of a plugin I've found quite useful.

I agree. I have been using it for several years. I guess there is no money in free-biees

I have a local copy of the latest Thunderbird add-on of HabuL v1.20.0 , and it works just fine with Thunderbird 38.6.0 . I have not figured out how to upload an attachment on this forum? Any help would be appreciated.

FYI
The last copy of Habul released by Thunderbird is 1.14.0 in Nov 2014.
According to what I read on Sourceforge, http://sourceforge.net/projects/habul/
release 1.20 was released AND retracted about a year ago.

Not sure unsupported/unverifiable software from an unknown source should be distributed by this forum.

Couldn't the Habul v1.20.0 be re-uploaded to sourceforge, even if under a different page with credits and reference to the other page? (Even add a hash of the file for verification).

If you go to the link in my last post, you will see that 1.20.0 was removed because of a functional problem. (i.e. it didn't work correctly).

1.14.0 is available (See link in #16 above). I use it and it works fine with the current version of TB. I just upgraded to 38.7.0 and Habul 1.14.0 seems to be still working just fine.

The link that was in post #16 ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/habul/ ) has no download link.

If you look at ( https://sourceforge.net/p/habul/code/36/tree/tags/ ) there are folders with different versions of HabuL that are downloadable. The problem is that the information is not in a .xpi extenstion format and therefore you cant install it.

It took me a while to figure out how to to convert the data into a working .xpi file. I did this with the version 1.20.0 and I have fully tested and it works just fine.

I also found a place to download HabuL v 1.14.0 below:

I have tested this version and it works fine as well. It looks like someone made a copy of the mozilla addon website a few years back.

I am using the latest version of Thunderbird 38.7.0 .

Hey, thank you!

The plug in ask for SpamCop ID, what is and where find?

I AM also asking why there are no more official plug in into Thunderbird list.

the "SpamCop ID" is the 16 characters in your privet reporting address submit.xxXXxxXXxxXXxxXX{at}spam.spamcop.net

There is "no more official plugin" for TB because it is not supported, as noted above.
