gnarlymarley
You might want to edit your post to remove your special reporting email address that I am not supposed to know. as for the error, I usually get that when the email I am reporting is not an attachment when forwarding. see https://www.spamcop.net/fom-serve/cache/166.html. Of course, this could be anything from forwarding and not as an attachment to your spam filter removing the attachment.
Lking
I agree with Gnarlymarley and mungged your 16 unque address (XxXxX..). If you posted the entire message it would appear that the spam submitted to SC did not have a body. The last line you quoted "x-rpcampaign:..." should be followed by a blank line and then the body of the email. This could be due to the original email being incorrectly formatted and not having a body or the email application you are using did not properly attach the email you were submitting. I would guess the first, assuming you have been using the same process to submit spam for sometime.

Lking
I would suggest that you contact SC and have them assign a new unique email address for your submit account. You have exposed your current one twice now and this forum is scanned/scrapped to pickup that type of information. The examples you provided are not the same. Your in your OP the email from SC is dated "Date: Sun, 5 Mar 2017 09:37:06 +0000 (GMT) " The attached spam which has no body (AND CAUSES THE ERROR) is dated " Date: Sun, 5 Mar 2017 09:37:06 +0000 (GMT) " Your second example, the SC email to you is dated " Date: Sun, 5 Mar 2017 14:04:34 +0000 (GMT) " At the bottom following 51 minutes ago, kolor said: The email which triggered this auto-response had the following headers: Again the header of your spam submission this time dated " Date: Sun, 5 Mar 2017 14:04:34 +0000 (GMT) " which does not appear to have a proper body. So you have provided two examples that appear to me to have the same problem no properly formatted attachments. I would look at the procedure/applications you use to submit spam and evaluate what has chanced to cause these errors. Looking at your second post, is an example of why we prefer that people do NOT post copies of spam in this forum. throughout your post are links to "infomarketingemail" and other spammer web pages and graphics all of with may be harmful to anyone who clicks on them. In lieu of editing your post to break each link I am going to delete a large chunk to prevent SEO scanners from finding the links to spammer websites and prevent the unwise from following the links. However making you unique reporting email public, may compromise the integrity all the spam submitted using this reporting address.

lisati
Do you use the "forward as attachment" (or equivalent) option of your email software/webmail?
kolor
I only copy my header in Gmail and put all for report window.Nothing more .But still received back this information.I do normal procedure .
lisati
You need to copy the COMPLETE email, body and all, into the submission form, otherwise the SpamCop parser is likely to complain. By the way, what's with the blank quotes that cluttering up your post? It makes me wonder if you're yanking our chains.
kolor
I just do it all time .Only in Gmail copy to clipboard and later put to submission form. All time the same .And Spamcop sometimes back me some mail information. Sorry for it this was because I want to insert some quote. But I don't know how and which button can remove it.
lisati
Odd....... I just did some tests from one of my gmail accounts, both "Copy to clipboard" and "Download original message" seem to be including everything needed by the parser. Having said that, I have occasionally seen emails come in which trip up the parser due to seemingly missing a useful body. If you're reporting such an email, A somewhat less than ideal workaround is to paste the message into the form, add a blank line at the bottom, and add on another line saying something like "[body missing from source]". I don't recommend doing this for ALL emails being reported, but only those where the body seems to be missing from the message source.
kolor
The back message from Spamcop happen very rare.I have been doing the same since I open here account .But this back message happen after maybe about 6 month.I suppose this is something wrong with Spamcop. lisati
Having successfully used Spamcop to report unwanted emails for several years, and having tried the Copy/Paste method of reporting spam from Gmail, I don't think there's anything wrong with Spamcop. The problem has already been identified as Spamcop not seeing everything it needs to properly analyze the email, namely that the body of the email is missing. When you are viewing the email via webmail, do the emails you are reporting actually have any content?

Again I edited your post to removed your unique submit ID. By publicly exposing this 16 characters reporting address, your reporting account can be used by others to falsely report email as spam for nefarious purposes AND you would be blamed/ be responsible. Quote Please make sure this email IS spam: It is not possible for others to look at the email you submitted and know if it is spam.
