StevenUnderwood
When I select an email and click "Forward", it opens the forwarded email.. I can only imagine having to process 50+ emails like this. The forward while you are viewing the mesage is not the correct one and spamcop will not work with that one. Use the Forward showing when you are viewing the message list. You can select all messages (1 click), Forward (1 click), enter address (my shortcut is submit, 6 letters plus tab to expand), click send (1 click), click OK. 4 clicks and a short bit of typing. The message should show as attachments at the bottom of the message.

I saved the submit address in my address book, but I didn't know you could type names in the addres like in MS Outlook. That makes it A LOT easier. mschmitt
That is not how it works on my account: Mail Previews: Enable message previews? ON Characters to display: 250 characters Strip linebreaks? ON Show previews for unread messages only? ON Show previews in tooltips? OFF Works as expected for me. IE6SP1 on Win2K and XPSP2 17483 You are right, I just realized that what happened is that I went to VER first and it marked the messages as "read" when it fetched them. Now if only it decoded the message.
jefft
I can empathize with people that report 100s spam at a time wanting a quick solution. Fortunately I don't have that many and I tend to report a few times during the day, one report at a time. I like to check or uncheck boxes (i.e. munged reports) and occasionally write notes in some or all boxes. So, in my case, I still maintain the heldmail page is the prefered route. Perhaps a poll should be taken and base a decision on a majority rule. I am willing to accept any decision as long as it would not lead to a lot of dizgrunttled users and a reduction in reporting, which I think would be detrimental for all parties involved. 17451 Just make a bookmark for the old interface and use that. We didn't take away any functionality. We just changed where the provided link went, but you can use either interface, same as before. JT

I do already use a bookmark to get to the Held Mail view, so that part doesn't bother me. I only posted because I was worried from having read the message in Held Mail view that that part was going away -- I'm glad to know that it isn't. Guest art101
Yikes. I carefully reviewed every post in this thread... another hour of my life that's gone forever. I'm pleased to know that I can continue to report spam exactly as I did before somebody at SpamCop went temporarily whacko and pulled the rug out from under longtime SpamCop users. Apparently, everything's back to normal. I can now report spam using the quick, simple, elegant interface that drew me to SpamCop in the first place. Kudos to everybody who realized that if it ain't broke, there's no need to fix it. I said it before and I say it again... I don't live my life to fight spam. I was dragged into this world, kicking and screaming bloody murder. I became a rabid spam fighter when a psycho-jerk named Eddy Marin - a convicted cocaine dealer who got his start in the world of spam by selling child pornography - joe-jobbed my domain to splatter millions of spams all over the world for an online 'pharmacy' in Canada. Shortly thereafter, the "Can-spam" act pretty much legalized spam in the United States of America. The Direct Marketing Association's lobbyists carefully bought us their self-serving law. Whatever. I'm glad that SpamCop now works like it used to... and sincerely hope that SpamCop will soon be bankrupt and out of business. Maybe someday there will be no spam... no theft of time and bandwidth... no reason for me to sit up way late at night wondering why the Internet - the most important advance in human communication since the invention of the printing press - was highjacked by terrorists and home invasion gangs.
