randymi Posted December 13, 2004 Posted December 13, 2004 The email pages are behaving differntly: 1. Cannot delete individual Emails in either INBOX or HELD mail 2. When top box is checked (the one that automatically checks all boxes bthat are below and beside each listed email), the box4es below do not check. 3. On the upper right hand corner by the Open Folder Icon when you pull down Inbox Held Trash and change selection the page does not refresh to the new selection.
StevenUnderwood Posted December 13, 2004 Posted December 13, 2004 I was using webmail all day with no problem. Could it be a cache problem on your client end?
randymi Posted December 14, 2004 Author Posted December 14, 2004 I was using webmail all day with no problem. Could it be a cache problem on your client end? 21346[/snapback] Steven; I dumped my cache cookies and history files and logged in again at http://webmail.spamcop.net/horde/imp/ and the problem remains. Are you perhaps logging in at a differnet URL address? Randy Miskimon
StevenUnderwood Posted December 14, 2004 Posted December 14, 2004 Well, I use the secure (https://webmail.spamcop.net/) version of the site normally but just tried all of your complaints without any problem at the http site. I would assume since there is also not a load of similiar complaints that this problem could be specific to your account. Some quick questions to answer before contacting support<at>spamcop.net with your specific account information: Do you have lots of messages (1000+) in any of your mailboxes? Have you tried accessing the site with a different browser or computer? Have you tried accessing the server with a local IMAP client?
Wazoo Posted December 14, 2004 Posted December 14, 2004 I was going to start with the browser / system-reboot thing, but whil etrying some other stuff, Steven beat me there. Looking at http://www.internettrafficreport.com/namerica.htm .. I don'r see anyhting wildly wierd. But, tools "here" and over a dozen different on-line tools (and strangely finding some of those not working either ..??) I can't get anywhere close to your posting IP with a trace-route or ping. Not that there's any connection, but just odd that the "blockage" is so high up the stream.
