Suggestion: mailgate: Document Server/Username

It would be really helpful if mailgate were to specify in the Header which entry (or Service / Username combo) was used to fetch a particular message. For example,

Received: from popgate.cesmail.net [192.168.1.201]

by mailgate.cesmail.net with POP3 (fetchmail-6.2.1)

for [sC-User-Email-Address] (single-drop); Sun, 26 Dec 2004 12:27:10 -0500 (EST)

would be replaced by

Received: from popgate.cesmail.net [192.168.1.201]

by mailgate.cesmail.net with POP3 (fetchmail-6.2.1)

using popgate.cesmail.net Username joeblow[at]hotmail.com

for [sC-User-Email-Address] (single-drop); Sun, 26 Dec 2004 12:27:10 -0500 (EST)
