pka Posted April 11, 2005 Share Posted April 11, 2005 Hi I can log into the main spamcop homepage but seem unable to login to the webmail page, also email sent to my spamcop address bounces. I feel like such an idiot but can't find a link anywhere to check on the status of a subscription or indeed renew it. Any pointers much appreciated. Posted April 11, 2005 Share Posted April 11, 2005 Normally, you should get emailed reminders when the expiration approaches, and you can check the expiration date in Webmail (all per the When does my account expire? entry in the FAQ), but in your case, it's too late for that, and you should contact support<at>spamcop.net from a different account, including the info you posted, your SpamCop Email Address, and payment methods you are willing to use.
