I haven't read the survey nor the media articles about it, but IMHO the headline 'hatred of spam dropping' is inaccurate. Many end users have filtered email or have changed their email addresses so are not bothered by spam. It would seem that the people running the survey have a limited idea of the possibilities and implications of internet culture. Miss Betsy
