Those who are going to do something about back scatter have; those who won't, aren't arguing anymore - at least to spamcop. What's the next spammer strategy? Or maybe the spammers get their 1 % from those who don't use blocklists? So everyone's getting rich - the filter makers, the sellers of bandwidth, the spammers.
