Unable to forward spam

So I am unable to forward spam as I get :

<submit.xxxxxxxxxxxxx@spam.spamcop.net>: host 149.255.60.65[149.255.60.65]
    said: 554 rejected due to spam URL in content (in reply to end of DATA
    command)

 

Can someone please advice what I am doing wrong.

are you attaching the spam message or sending it inline? it is imperative that you sent the original spam as an attachment.

149.255.60.65 is not a SpamCop IP.  I think this might  be your ISP that is rejecting the emails.  Sounds like they accept spam, but don't let you forward it to SpamCop?

ok, thanks RobiBue, it was because I did not make the original email as an attachment.
